I made a promotional video for the French beauty brand Caudalie to platform its Vinoperfect range. In contrast to their more editorial style content, I wanted to make a ‘get ready with me’ style video where I share more about the products and my personal experience using them. I wanted to show my natural and bare skin, in-line with Caudalie marketing whilst also sharing the dressed down and casual version of a Vinoperfect consumer. I used classical music from a popular French film, expecting that that will help boost engagement on social media platforms. The video features a variety of footage with product-in-use shots and environmental shots in a non-traditional way to keep in line with the ‘get ready with me’ style.
